At Parotec Solutions, we specialise in creating bespoke case and foam solutions as well as focusing on IT and technology projects in order to store, charge and protect essential equipment.

Our projects

We’ve previously worked with the Police Force based in the North West and collaborated with a specialist vehicle company that transforms and adapts their 4x4 armed response vehicles. 

We were presented with an issue - a police force was able to leave guns unattended in their current vehicles, so they needed additional security measures to ensure their weaponry never became accessible to the general public.  

They also needed to ensure that their equipment was safe from damage in the back of their vehicles, so they had to be secured in place and protected in key areas.

Our process went as follows:

• The equipment was brought to our site:
  With police presence, we digitised their guns to understand in detail what the shape and size of the custom foam inserts needed to be. 

• We utilised our expert foam design system:
  Our foam design system allowed us to use cutting-edge technology to design and configure, using an online graphical editor, bespoke foam inserts for smaller items and weaponry.

• We designed and produced the custom foam inserts:
  Our precise and detailed foam inserts were made and given to the specialist vehicle company to install in the back of the 4x4 police cars in enclosed gun cabinets.
  
  This ensured ultimate protection of the equipment, security and safety when they were left unattended.
