Billie has managed the Implementation of sustainability strategies, delivering sustainable projects and initiatives in association with blue light services, achieving environmental, social and economic benefits to communities and police forces. She has over 13 years' experience in public and private sector, and is a member of the National Strategy & Police Workstream supporting the National NPCC/APCC Sustainability Programme.
