Caroline is a Chief Inspector in the City of London Police, transferring from the Met in 2020. She has a passion for front line policing and believes strongly in partnership work to best serve the public. As such, Caroline has engaged partners from far and wide to partake in Operation Reframe, a monthly night-time operation focusing on preventing violence against women and girls. In addition, Caroline runs @wecops, a platform for policing and partners to share experiences and learning in biweekly hourly chats. Caroline has also represented as a board member for the National Policing Strategic Review.
